Switching Engines
As I've written in the previous post, I've been trying to replicate that title screen I've showcased before but Godot has a terrible Blender > Godot workflow.
It's very annoying and difficult to set up proper 3D models you made with Blender because Godot uses .gltf/.tscn format for 3D models.
Any material more complex than a simple albedo is also a big hassle to setup. It's not flexible at all.
I've realized Godot can not offer me the 3D capabilities my project requires so, I'll be switching engines.
I'll try not to talk much about which engine I'll be using until the first playable demo is ready.
Wish me luck with the new engine ^~ ^
Thanks for reading!
Hint: It has a very close-knit integration with Blender. Can you guess which one?
